JANE E. SULLIVAN, ESQ. is proud to be celebrating twenty years of service to the Greater Fall River community. She established her own law office as a sole practitioner in Fall River in 1996, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of Elder Law, Estate and Medicaid Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Medicaid Applications and Appeals. A Fall River native and graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, Attorney Sullivan is a summa cum laude graduate of Boston College and a cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School.
Attorney Sullivan is a Past President of the Bristol County Estate Planning Council, and in May, 2008, was honored with the designation of “Accredited Estate Planner” by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a Board member and Membership Chair of its Massachusetts chapter.
Locally, Attorney Sullivan is a member of Bristol County Business Connect and is a Board member of People Incorporated. She served as the Co-Chair of the Alzheimer’s Partnership of Southeastern Massachusetts for two years and is the Captain of Team Lyons Pride, raising over $11,000.00 to date in The Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease. Attorney Sullivan is a frequent guest speaker on estate planning and elder law programs for the Alzheimer’s Association, other estate planning professionals, social workers and health care providers, senior groups and various support groups.
