What sets me apart is that I explain exactly what’s going on—in plain English. I avoid computer jargon and focus on making things easy to understand so clients feel comfortable and confident. I also make myself available when people need help, because I know how important computers are to everyday life. I’m not a typical 9-to-5 tech support provider
